Losing in MO


After breaking my ankle Dec. 30. 2002 I gained almost 50 pounds and had not been able to lose it. After one year here I have lost about 30 pounds and feel so much better.

Today it has been six years since the break happened and I feel almost as good as before. I can walk without limping, have started to jogg a little and can squat almost all the way down (getting up is another thing, but am working on that). losing more weight will help me to get better in every way and I will not ...
