My Goals:
I aspire to lose 40 lbs but more important to try every day to have a better outlook and attitude and to take responsibility for my actions.
My Program:
I am trying to run 5 days a week but right now 3 is more realistic. Hey! It's a start since I have been sedentary for a long time. I am trying to count my calories and to make better food choices. Most important I want to be a better wife and to stop hindering my husbands fitness goals.
Personal Information:
I am just an overweight plain girl who hates fitness but has finally decided to suck it up and make changes anyway. I am going to try to stop and smell the roses and be thankful for life's many blessings.
Other Information:
Yeaahhh...I'm gonna need some motivation to run today. Like a clown...with a bloody knife...riding a t-rex chasing me...And their better be a picture of margaritas and chips and salsa at the finish line. Just saying...

Thanks for commenting on my blog. I used hot rollers and about 30 bobby pins to achieve that look, plus a whole lot of hairspray. My hair does not curl at all naturally, so it takes some doing, but I was happy with the result.
