After all the trauma/drama in my life and a day where I ate until I thought I would pass out on the way home, I took out my juicer and began a juice fast. And can I say that I was about 9 pounds over my high weight. UGH! After the 4 days, I just started juicing two meals and eating clean. Just fruits, veggies and lite protein, mostly chicken and eggs. For the past month, that is how I have been living. I've incorporated chia seeds, maca, acai and protein powders into the mix also. I feel GREAT!!! I've lost 15 pounds and I'm ready to take off the next 15.

Life has been tossing me around a LOT these past three years. Mom moved in and it took me right out of my center. She had CHF and Alzheimers. It was challenging. Then I broke my leg in year 1...then I broke my wristS...yes both. Talk about a traumatic experience! Then my mother died and that was truly devastating and now my dad is bed ridden. Thankfully, I am not his caregiver.

So for these past three years, I've been at a high if I had never done SP. 180's...but maintaining that weight. Then lately I was feeling, well you know...bloaty and I got on the scale and said, "Oh, Hell NO!!"

So I'm back. Not with a vengeance, but with a small goal of losing 10 pounds and maybe adding some walking to my sedentary lifestyle. After that happens, I will review and revise my weight-loss goals.
