Fitness Minutes:

My Goals:
I'd like to be able to go "out for a run" with out exceeding my target heart rate within the first minute!!!
A solid 5 mile run would be an ultimate goal!
I'm shooting for a final weight of 150.
My Program:
I'm working on converting to a vegan life style. I minimize processed foods when I can. This actually makes food choices amazingly simple. It's very difficult to eat too many vegetables!
