Hi everyone, this is my spark page. My name is Tammy. I have tried to lose weight numerous times, losing a little weight, then gaining double the weight I lost. I am at apart in my life where I am sick and tired of being a heavy lady. 47 year old, and about 340 pounds. I want to be at a healthy weight and fit and wanting to do anything I want to do. I have watched tons of dance movies and I have always wanted to try to learn to dance. I know it takes a lot of work and dedication to learn. I have always heard if you want something bad enough you have to work for it. I have health conditions, that I know if I lose weight, some of my conditions will minimize or completely go away. I want this for myself, and I am going to do this.

The reason I guess I haven’t been successful with weight loss is losing motivation and no support, so I hope Spark will help me.

My Goals:
1. Drinking 8 tall glasses of water every day.
2. Start a strength training routine
3. More intentional exercises, walking and balancing exercises.
4. When snacking, snack on fruits and vegetables.

My Program:
Setting small achievable weight loss goals and achieving them. Starting out with This goal now.
1. Start an exercise routine and a strength training routine.
2. Practice simple yoga poses 3 days a week.
3.Eat smaller portions at meal times.

My obstacles: motivation and determination and being consistent.
