My Goals:
my goal is to just try to improve my health I want to loose weight and get into shape I am 53 and have no strength THAT HAS TO CHANGE!!!!!!!!

My Program:
 I am cutting back on my food iintake and trying to step up the exercises I run into obstacles from time to time like my back it is messed up at moment so trying to figure out ways to incorparate exercise without hurting my back
