Fitness Minutes: 517

My Goals:
Increase outdoor activity to 30 mins daily by 15 Jun

Follow SP meal plan.

Go to bed and to sleep whenever late nite munchies strike.

My Program:
 USE Food Tracker
Work in my yard at least 30 minutes/day.
Walk the perimeter of my lot twice a day.
Wear my pedometer all the time s0 as to track activity.

    I loved the advice you gave Gary on his Neurontin.

    One of my minors was Anthropology. Now I substitute teach at one of the local secure facilities for juveniles. I used to work there as a youth counselor and loved it.
