I just want to live as strong and as long as I can! I'm in it for life! I believe that quality of life is worth as much as eating right and fitness combined. I want to eat better (without weight loss goals) yet not go off the deep end. If I could afford it I'd eat all organics and stop eating anything that contained preservatives and MSG and all that garbage, but in the real world we just can't all handle the expense of eating the best we could, so I'm always on the lookout for things I CAN change to make a big impact or difference long term.
