My sister and I after we finished our 5K today. It was her first and my first in a long time. We had a great time! We didn't go fast but we went and we finished. 😀

You are welcome, I just try to help and make some things in life a bit better and maybe some things a bit easier. I wish you all the best and good luck on your journeys.

Thanks for the friend add. I've just added you back. I was a "spark hermit" for my first 3 years here. That's how long it took me to write my first blog. Then I realized that no one is immune to the dreaded regain. I joined the team "At Goal & Maintaining + Transition to Maintenance"
I never could have maintained for 7 years without them. Consider joining us. You don't have to be AT goal or even CLOSE to goal to incorporate the maintenance mindset in your plans.
We have members who have dozens of pounds yet to lose, but they want this to be the last time they go down that road.

Hang in there! The program works.

Squirrels are funny little critters, but they chew. If they get into an attic, they will chew wiring and anything they can find. I am not sure what they do that causes transformers to blow up, but I have seen it happen twice.

A tractor trailer ran into a house that day. I don't know what knocked out the power.

Thank you for your comment on my blog. Yes, you never know with a storm like that and we are all okay thank goodness. Lots of trees down in the local area though so the roads are looking rather scrappy at the moment with the debris on the sides of the roads.
