I have had a wake up call and I realized I absolutely needed to change my habits. No one is going to do it for me.

Fitness Minutes: 21,363

My Goals:
I have reworked my goals. I will shred 80 pounds before I'm 40. That's in 2 years. But I really want a healthier lifestyle. I want to be able to keep up with my kids and motivate them to be healthier and get moving!.

My Program:
 I am watching what I'm eating, keeping an eye on calories. I'm drinking lots of water and walking on the treadmill and using the bike in out fitness center.


Personal Information:
I'm in my late 30's and I have 30 active kids and a very skinny husband. all who are very picky eaters and who would rather watch TV than go for a walk. I'm working hard to change minds

Other Information:
 My family isn't sure I can stick to this and sometimes I'm not sure I can either but I'm finding that If I want to be happy I need to start with being healthy.
