My Goals:

Eat 80% clean and mostly plant based.

Exercise at least 3 days a week.

Get out and explore new things.


My Program:
 I am currently in a bootcamp program - Mon, Wed and Fri.
Fluid motion class on Tuesdays.
Run/walk group on Saturday.
