In 2 days, it will be 2013. Another year and sadly I'm back to start over yet again. This time I've got 40 pounds to get rid of. This is the last time I start over from scratch. I am going to lose this weight, get healthy again, and stay active until the day I die.

My Goals:
January 1 2013-stck with the Virgin Diet and eat clean without being completely anal about it.
Lose 10 pounds by the end of January. done.
Lose another 10 pounds by end of February (169) . done.
Lose another 10 pounds by the end of March (159) probably not gonna make it.
Start Exercising consistenly again-every other day at the gym, stretching or SOMETHING, ANYTHING at home on my off days.

My Program:
I just finished reading JJ Virgin's Book and I will start the Virgin Diet on January 1.

Joined the "Y" on my birthday, Jan 14th. I've discovered I LIKE getting up at 4am and going to the gym before work. I've been working out almost every weekday morning.
I started a Yoga class on Monday evenings-I've been wanting to try Yoga for a long time,and I am really enjoying it.
I miss my friends at Curves, but my new exercise routine is much more challenging and consequently, much more satisfying.

"Clock out" for lunch each day and Make time for ME.

Personal Information:
I'm Martha. I'm 57 years old, married, one grown son. A farm girl at heart, I raise a few chickens and have a pet goat.
Looking forward to retirement (several years from now) and moving to the country in Michigan to set up our homestead. I need to be healthy and strong for the hard life I will be leading.
