    Well, I am currently on a running program for a 1/2 marathon next spring. I do not know if I can do it but I am pretending I can for now. If I have to change course and shoot for a shorter race I'll still be running farther than I have in the past. I, too, like spinning class. Unfortunately the gym where I am now does not offer any. Two days a week I walk a 3.1 mile bridge that has quite a grade and if I can I ride my bike on the weekend. I have just started with a weight program this year. It is not my favorite and I let it slide through the summer. I just recently returned to it. Have you had a good start to your week?

    Everything in moderation. I KNOW exercise can consume a lot of time. Can you make a schedule? Get a sitter for 2 hours so you can do a few circuits 3 times a week. Then have your time with baby and chores, dinner with hubbie and evenings with him if you are not working and you are both home, together. This way he can't moan? You can do it if you really want to do it. Find a way. Exercise at home if you can. Your picture is awesome. Whoa girl. And working as a NUrse has got to take a lot of energy out of you. You are amazing. Thanks for the comment on my site.
