Doing good, having a hard time getting out of this plateau! but, like yesterday I did my cardio and burned 320 calories then clean my house for an hour and half....another at least 100 calories, then I went back with my husband at 9:00 pm to do more cardio...burned another 225 calories and today I gain a pound! How is that when my total calorie intake for yesterday ended up being 345 calories, WoW! I'm so mad...but I wont give up... my body is fighting me to keep my fat and I will fight back. Anyways....how are you?(sorry for the outburst).
