Fitness Minutes: 36,485

My Goals:
I would like to lose 40 lbs. and exercise 3 to 4 days a week. I know this will make my overall health improve!

My Program:
 I am making better food choices and am watching my sodium intake. I have been able to do aerobics 3x a week and am trying to add a couple of days of strength training all at home.


Personal Information:
My name is Lee Ann. I live in a small town and enjoy the slower paced life. I am semi-retired and work part time. I have two grown children. My husband and I have been married for 37 years.



Other Information:
 I enjoy watching NASCAR races, reading, and playing with our cat and dog. I am also a General Hospital fan.

    I bet you are exhausted! Nothing like doing taxes to wear you out! It's mind boggling! Plus haggling over flood insurance! Now they're in investigating, bank and insurance, whether an error was made in making us be in a special hazard zone. It's ridiculous- we aren't near any big bodies of water and we're on higher ground than most nearby. We should know soon!
    GH- I'm liking the way Valentin is now. Did you see Tuesday show yet? So good! I love Lisel, can't wait to see her revenge on Peter.
    Nina is reverting back to her old self. Ugh. She should get back to Valentin, they deserve each other.

    I knew it! Sloth was Max from Dancing with the stars!! I knew those signature Latin kicks and spins. Then I heard his slight accent. Can't wait for Masked Singer on March 10!

    Yeah, the old hair dryer. Bob had done that with the pipes under our house too. He eventually built a box around them with insulation in it. We had a mfg home with skirting back then in Ohio. It was 30 below zero actual temperature. 60 below wind chill. It was awful. We had to leave and go stay with parents until Bob fixed the pipes. Hang in there.
