Definitely Not a newbie, but feel like it. I have been involved with SP for about a decade I guess. Maybe more. I have lost weight time and time again. Also I have gained out all back time and time again. I have really tried but now that I have hit 40 I feel like nothing works. But I am dedicated to being fit, and will stop at nothing to be fit, and if its with extra weight so be it. I am a mother of 3, only 2 in the house now. 21,13,6. We are running a couple nights to games/activities, and I work full time. We are fortunate at work that we have a fitness room, a trainer comes in and we pay, but have exercise classes everyday of the week. I run alternate days. I am really struggling with calories in vs. calories out, and not losing any weight or inches. I will keep at 'er because I am dedicated to ME!

My Goals:
* Portion Control
* 60 minutes a day
* Limited a.m. carbs and No carbs after noon

I am tired of starting over and over agin. This will be my 4th time now in the last 5 years. I have to stop quitting. I plan on weighing 180 at some point in the near future. I have to have a goal.... I will do it. Chang your body... Change your mind!

My Program:
I will walk on my lunch hour M-F and i will walk at home, for half hour/ hour. I have a plethera of workout dvds and gym equipment so I HAVE NO EXCUSE!

Personal Information:
I have 3 beautiful children. 17, 9 and 2. We are busy running to this activity or the next. We are football fans of our sons and love to do fishing, camping, boating, and happy hour!
