    I am enjoying the Shutterbug assignments, trying to be clever and such LOL. And the whole ‘community’ feel. I’m getting back into mindset I need to succeed . . . One day at a time. I have learned to celebrate the small victories and to not dwell on my missteps. Thanks for your positive encouragement.

    Okay, I have been recording everything and picking up on my activity level. But I seriously need to stop snacking on poor choices and tooo much of them. I gained over the past 2 weeks and am now facing it and will get serious about my healthier lifestyle goals.
