I'm always curious as to what plan others are following as well. I'm following a training plan out of a book called "Start to Finish". You choose a plan based on your goal finish time. I followed training plans out of there for my half marathons and came pretty close to my finish time goal so I figured I'd stick with that book. Still, I'm always second guessing myself and wondering if there is a better plan for me out there. I made up a plan with the Smart Coach on Runner's World and it was similar to what I'm doing so it reassured me a little.
I'm with you on hoping for nicer weather! I can't wait to get back outside. The longer the long runs get the more I dread them because of the treadmill. Hope spring comes as soon as possible. Happy running! 4727 days ago

Thanks for the comment on my blog! I did pop in a movie, thinking that staring at Matthew McConaughey's face would be more enjoyable than staring at the wall, but the DVD shut off about 45 minutes into my run and I couldn't get it to work again. Wow, 12 miles on the treadmill. Good for you! That will be me next week:(
I see you're doing a marathon in May as well. Good luck with your training! 4728 days ago

Really? You are? How cute = D I think Brett will come back next year! He's such an old geezer ; ), but he just loves to play the game! I just recently watched the vintage Superbowl between Packers and Broncos in '98. 4750 days ago
