Breakfast … 1 Fried Egg in bacon fat.... 2 slices and IF I want---One warmed keto roll that I made w/ butter! .. Yes, butter and fat!
Lunch: Always a nice Green salad w/ Green olives, feta cheese, SF seeds, 4 thin slices of salami---yes, salami---with a couple thin slices of Cheddar cheese.
Dinner: (tonight) Is Pizza!! I made the crust which is NO carbs--and topped with grated Mozzarella cheese---the sauce I made and Pepperoni! … (Since I am having pepperoni tonight though, I did not have the salami w/ my salad. And NO snacks-- between meals. This is keto living---and very strict carbs--like 20 carbs maximum per day. Doctor approved---has been a game-changer for many people!
