I am starting over again - I have come to the realization, I can't do this with just the on-line use and accountability. I have joined Weightwatchers - after a week I have lost 2.4 lbs. It'll be a long journey, but I'll get there! Diane

LOSE WEIGHT!!!!! Update: I have now gotten more serious about losing weight - before I was having trouble getting going, but I guess I had to be ready to do it. I am now and I plan to keep it up.

!'ve just started and haven't set up a program. I'm going to try to get to the gym 3 times a week, do some work outs at home, walk more, I'm going to eat less and healthier. If it's not healthy, I'm going to try to eat less.

DOB: March 30, 1960 Marital Status: Divorced, 2 teenage boys (Both ADHD) Location: Brampton, Ontario, Canada Work full time (Customs broker) & sell beads and finding on line for extra money. (wish is was the other way around though....) I bead and run a beading website selling my beads, findings, my tutorials, kits, finished jewelry and other beading supplies online. Eventually I'd like to do this full time.
