Oh the terror.
I think i have just gained enough weight to reach the 200 mark. It's an awful feeling. I worked really hard to get under 200.... and here i am again. But its okay. I can do this. I really want to be somewhere around 160 by the time I graduate. That may not be realistic but its something to strive for. (40 pounds in 6 months)

The good news is that i have a workout partner.... that nags me to go workout with her! yay! We share an apartment so... this means we'll be able to help each other out. I like to focus more on what i eat. She focuses more on exercise. I think its possible that i can make some real progress this year. (or whats left of this year)

8/24/2008: Its been a long time. I am now 22 and not much closer to my goal. I have had a lot of ups and downs, dramas and defeats. I have been in my best friend's wedding and it was a great experience. I wish I had been thinner (that was my goal) and I wish I hadn't had to limp down the isle. I am still recovering from a terrible car wreck that broke my ankle, wrist, lacerated my knee, and collapsed my lungs. I am almost to a full recovery and I plan to get back on track. I don't want anything to get into my way - I will become the healthy vibrant person that I know that I can be.

200 - get into a nasty car wreck. REACHED!!!!!
190 - Go to the movies
180 - MAC eyeshadow & lip gloss
170 - cute outfit
160 - Sexy Lingerie
150 - makeover
140 - Vacation
135 - Runaway for good

My Goals:
I want to change my eating habits for life. I want to feel and look healthier.

I''ll see how i am then... if i could lose more thats fine. If that is my natural weight... that's fine also.

My Program:
I plan on eating healthier - staying within my calorie range. I also want to become more active. I plan to exercise everyday- what exercise i do depends on my mood. (ohh...I wish i owned an elliptical trainer).

Personal Information:
I have 3 land mark goals. I wil be VERY excited when i get below:
1. 200
2. 170
3. 150
I cant remember when i weighed less than 170. I think 150 will be a comfortable weight. 140 is still my ultimate goal.
