I will complete the Tough Mudder April 29, 2012!
I will feel comfortable in shorts and a tank top this summer!
My Program:
I have a personal trainer that I meet with twice a week.
I am working out 6 days a week. (Cardio every day, weight training 3 days a week)
I signed up for a BootCamp that starts in February
Personal Information:
I am an Ohio gal now living in the Burgh. I love photography and playing sports.
I have been suffering from depression since I was little and November 2010 I took major action steps to kick it. A year later and I really think I will win this battle!
Other Information:
I am a fighter, but now I need to be a lover of myself!
