    Thanks for reading and commenting on my crazy "stress" list. Sometimes, it just helps me to list it out like that. When I make a list, I can survey it all more methodically, so I can slow down and do exactly as you suggested.... deal with the immediate things slowly, and let the rest go.

    I love the picture in your backdrophere. have always wanted to go up to alaska on the cruise but so far have not made it. I live in langley bc canada and have been with sp for just over a year. almost a year and a half. I had lost some weight but have gained some of it back.

    I recently joined the biggest losers blue team. Congrats on making it to the top of the list for your wieght loss. What did you do tha tyou lost that much in a week

    Take care. and keep up the good work for work it is. I have about 80 pounds or up to 100 to lose. It depends on where I want to stick when I actually get below 200. has been many years since I was below 200.

    Love the trophy wife approach. I recently started the spark team challenge and look forward to meeting others that share same interests and learn healthier lifestyle changes that I can make to lose those unwanted pounds. I have 80 pounds to go. My motivation is to lose the sleep aphnea machine I have to wear each night to keep me from stopping breathing. Also to be able to hike and bike and play with my youngest daughter and grandchildren. Any new friends made along the way is an added bonus.
