Wow. 2012 is flying by. The begining of the year I was - wanting to lose weight and get healthy. In July I was ready to jump in with both feet. - The end of July and all of August I was spending a lot of time at the doctors office and hospitals - In SEPTEMBER - for 6 weeks to October 13th I was on a mission. To win a weight loss challenge. I came close to winning based off of the rules yet weight loss wise I came in 3rd losing 14.8lbs in 6 weeks. - As soon as this was over - I was ready to dive into a 4 week challenge to lose 10 more pounds in that amount of time. - It was full steam ahead - and quick burn out - ending up in the hospital again with a cardic scare. - Now being November 2012 I am wanting - jumping in with my all - determined to take on any challenge - and diving in with a purpose. A purpose to be a leader - a strong individual - and a purpose to remembering ME. I right here right now Introduce myself as BREATH. I take a breath and I can fell the fire inside and this time I will not put my self out-There is not a fire extinguisher big enough - and I am sick and tired of being sick and tired. There is always something stoping me - there is always something or someone blocking my path or at least that is my excuse and I know it.....Not any more. My ULTIMATE GOAL. I have already started and TODAY is the beginning of the beginning.- March 29, 2013 I will fit into a beautiful green dress my sister has in her closet. - It is about 4 dress sizes to small for me right now. - YEt I know that I can for I have already lost 37 inches since May 5th 2012. I can not keep putting my self on hold. I will not do so any more. The year is flying by and so am I.

My Goals:
1. Starting small by losing 10 lbs at a time.
2. beiing able to walk, play or even workout with out my difficulty breathing stopping me before I stop.
3. Having control over my self so 4. I have control over the rest of my life


My Program:
To eat right 5 1/2 days a week. - The other 1 1/2 days I will have a meal and a snack that are not so right.

I will work out without a doubt 5 days a week with the sweat to prove such.

I will walk 20 miles a week with a smile.

I will take 30 minutes a day that require no taking, action or even thought. - just for my self.

Mother, wife, and more.
On a mission to being a healthier - well rounded me.


Other Information:
I am my own worst ememy and I will get rid of her.

    Absolutely you can join!!! Just pick a number that you want to lose in the 10 weeks (a pound a week is generally the norm, but both kula and I are heavy enough that we can pull a bit more :)).
