Introduction Text Hi! My name is Tasha. I'm a military spouse and mother of one. We are currently stationed in Hawaii. My husband is in the Air Force and we've been married almost 10 years. My son will be 3 years in June. We have 2 cats. I've been struggling with my weight for over 10 years. I am a victim of child abuse and I'm not afraid to talk about. It is my hope to be an advocate for other victims of child abuse. I was diagnosed with PTSD, depression, and anxiety. I just recently made the decision to actively pursue better mental health with the help of a psychologist. Healthy living, both mentally and phsyically, is what I'm striving for.

My goal is to be mentally and physically healthy. Weight to lose: 143 lbs - 10 lbs - Feb 3, 2011 - 20 lbs - - 30 lbs - - 40 lbs - - 50 lbs - - 60 lbs - - 70 lbs - - 80 lbs - - 90 lbs - - 100 lbs - - 110 lbs - - 120 lbs - - 130 lbs - - 140 lbs - - 143 lbs -

Changing what I eat and the reasons I eat. Being physically active at least 5 days a week. Drinking 8 glasses of water a day. Not giving up if I have a bad day.

I'm from Nebraska, but I'm currently residing in Hawaii.
