Hi there! I haven't posted for months on anyone's site...but you are getting one. I salute your determination and support your efforts. You can check out my page. I post photos (or try to post) every month. I began my program February 5, 2007 and I am down 48 pounds so far. I do keep my calories under 2000 and I walk every day, twice a day sometimes, 20 minutes at a time. I walk and listen to cardio on my MP3 player with 154 bpm (which is pretty fast). I also wear weights on my ankles for strength resistance. I had no idea where to start...but through prayer, God has given me a successful regimen. Keep drinking water, watch your portion size, and I will say a prayer for your success. C'ya! Pati 4992 days ago
