Fitness Minutes: 5,371

My Goals:
I will lose @ 80 lbs through diet, exercise, rewards, increasing enjoyable activities and reducing stress.

My Program:
I am following a study at Brigham and Women's Hospital that gives me a diet range of calories with targeted amounta of carbs, proteins, and fats. It allows me to plan meals in advance translated into its components or to use the menus already prepared. Given what I plan, it will print a shopping list for me. The alternative is to just enter the foods I ate during the day and receive a total breakdown of those choices. I am doing cardio 6 times a week and weight training 3 times a week. I am increasing the time I spend with others and moving forward with planned projects including a number of one day vacations around our State.

Personal Information:
I grew up in Tempe and have remained here most of my life. I have a dog and a cat who keep me company. Spirituality is very important to me and is the overall force in my life. I participate in a number of social justice programs and have chosen to create a personal program of regular volunteer work.

Other Information:
I am a bibliophile! I am a horrible waiter! I hate to wait! Thankfully, with something to read before me, I don't growl at people when having to wait. I read a little of everything but science fiction. My favorite all time book and movie are the same, 'To Kill A mockingbird'. I love music but am more likely to have classical on the car radio than rock. I love live theater but don't watch many movies. I like to watch sports including children's leagues - lots of siblings and friends kids and grandkids to watch.
