    Thanks for your comment teammate. Hope you are doing a little better. Any little change is something to acknowledge. Binges happen and forgiveness also. I still have my binges and now learning to be nicer to myself. My stomach also gets upset at me and I am still learning. Looks like you are having fun with your kids too. enjoy!

    Hello K, I am glad that you joined our group.
    It is a very supportive and encouraging one.

    Sorry that you are having such a hard time.
    Have you tried journaling through when you want to over do it?
    I find that helps. Also, trying to make sure you have your snacks measured out.
    Putting them in smaller bags does help you not eat too many at once.
    I have also been drinking equate to keep from doing a ton of snacking between meals.
