My Goals:
To get to the point where my waist is smaller than my hips.

Get my blood sugar down into the normal range.

Find decent pants that fit well.

Move to Hawaii. (Hey, I can dream!)

My Program:
 I am running the Couch to 5K program.

I'm working to establish good eating habits; currently - 5 fruits and veggies per day.

I'm doing at least one yoga pose daily.
