Welcome to my Living Healthy SparkPage!
My name is Tara. I live in Porterville, CA. I'm trying to get healthy and eat right but it's been very difficult. Between having to cook for and take care of my family and having MS I have found little time for myself. I plan to change that and this is my first step toward it.

    Hi, thanks for your kind words. I hope that your family soon realizes how speacial you are and that you cannot be doing everything anymore. Nor could you or should you ever have. It is so hard when you have a "disability" I hate it! How is your weight loss journey comming along lately, and how do you like being a pharmacy technichian?
