My Goals:
I really just want to get back in shape. I have been sick alot the past couple of years. I want to improve my health. Getting back down to 180 will give me back the get up and go that has got up and gone.

My Program:
 Well for now I am starting out slow just walking in the morning and watching what I eat.


Personal Information:
Ok , about me I am a true Yankee here in the south. I am from Brooklyn,New York, and after a decade and a half in the Army I find myself here in SC.

    I stopped by your page and I thought I would drop you a line to see how things are going for you. I fell off the bandwagon during the holidays and I ate everything that was not nailed down. I am now back on track and it is not easy getting back to where I need to be. I wish you and your family well, and I hope you make your goals a priority.
