Well, here I am again. All I can say it I am still in the game and struggling hard. Walking better, new dr has helped immensly. Current goal is to be able to bike ride again.

My Goals:
Buy new clothes- get rid of fat stretchy pants I've had so very long.

Fit into a resturant booth. (I've been fitting in most of them!! My bellys smaller now!! 5/10/10)

Fit more comfortably in a movie theater seat with arms down.



My Program:
 Watch my foods and make good choices.
Be honest about what I eat.
Be honest about what I drink.
I understand one bad day is NOT the end of the world.
Use all my resources and support from family and SP when I need it.
Don't be afraid to ask for support.

 I love to play World of Warcraft, Proudmoore realm=)
Books and I are the closest of friends.
Bike riding is something I've always enjoyed and its working predominatly in my exercise I have commited to.
