Hiya! My name's Kelsey, and I'm a 25 year old nerd in Nova Scotia. My day is spent chillin' at the lab where I work, rocking out to tunes in my car, or hanging out with my roommate, furthering our education via documentaries. My diet generally consists of 4-7 books a week, 2-8 hours of video game violence, untold hours of music, a good dose of laughter and far too much sarcasm. And coffee. On the serious side, what I can do exercise-wise is rather limited right now due to patellar tendonitis in my left knee, and additional unknown problems that leave me in consistence pain and limping on that leg. I've never really made an effort to lose weight, as I seem to always get distracted or frustrated after a short period of time. My exercise options are somewhat limited, my eating habits all over the map, but I'm motivated by my very dedicated roommate, and have decided to give it a shot.

- Weight of 160 lbs by August, 2013 -Eat a healthy breakfast daily, and stay under my daily calorie limit. -Strengthen my quads, as my physiotherapist allows, to regain full use of my knee.
