Welcome to my SparkPage. I've been doing this off and on like a lot of people. I really would like to lose the weight by making lifestyle changes so I can keep it off or at least to where I can manage and maintain a healthier weight. I was a competitive swimmer growing up and still love swimming whenever I can. Enjoy playing golf occasionally. I'm not very good at it, but find it relaxing just to be outdoors among nature with my family and/or friends. Cardinals, Rams, and Blues fan.
