Introduction Text Hi! My name is Denelle. I am 36 and live in Anaheim, CA. I work at a university and I recently graduated with a BS in Kinesiology. I weighed 380 at my heaviest (recorded) weight. See my weight loss journey below. I had lost over 100 lbs (2008-2010), but I lost my motivation and drive and ended up gaining about 60 lbs back. More than a few years and one painful breakup later, and I weighed in at 344 lbs at the start of 2014. I've lost about 43 lbs, but its been a struggle getting back on track and valuing myself. I battle against a lot of negative self talk. But I am strong in my faith and I believe that with my Savior, I can do all things with His strength. Of course, I want to be more attractive and be able to shop for cute clothes at stores other than Lane Bryant, Avenue and Torrid... but more than that, I want to be healthy, to be confident in my own skin, to know that I'm beautiful regardless of the numbers on the scale, and I want to honor God with how I treat the temple He's given me. I'm currently a size 14/16 in tops, my goal is to get to a size 12 pants size is currently 20 or 22, my goal is to get into size 18 :) To honor my God with my stewardship of this beautiful temple

I've probably tried every diet known to man over the years. I'm currently using myFitnessPal to track my calories and exercise. I'm eating some Jenny Craig meals, but not for every meal because they're so expensive, the rest I'm cooking. I'm avoiding fast food like the plague. :)

I would really like to be married and have children someday. That is another reason why I feel it's so important to get healthy now.
