    Its a real Btch getting out of the 180s believe me, I know it took awhile now stuck again 173. oh well, still love stretching and yoga pilates no running I can hear my right knee creak. So that went up in smoke. I do the food tracker. Its fun,boring,fun.boring. But it seems to help.Good Luck. emoticon

    Thanks for the bit of sunshine....exactly what I need on this gloomy looking day! Great work with the tracking....it'll definitely help you keep in line, and show you where you're missing some nutrients. I'm a track-fanatic myself...I've learned how to weave missing elements back into my diet, and find that the key to my success depends on how well I start the day - i.e. breakfast! Good luck with the adding of protein...feel free to let me know if you want any "quick fix" ideas! emoticon

    Congratulations on tracking your food for three consecutive days! I think the Nutrition Tracker is one of the most helpful tools here. I found out I was eating too many low calorie snacks when I joined Spark People! Yea, even the low calorie ones add up!

    Thanks for commenting on my Selective Amnesia blog! What Walking DVD do you have? I have one but I've never used it. I think I hesitated because I imagined feeling like I was going to be walking in place the whole time and thought it would get boring. emoticon
