Healthier life for me and the ones I love


I am a 42 year old man who has just decided that enough is enough. I have always been a big guy using the excuse that I was big boned. I joined Nutrisystem last year February of last year and did well. I lost about 70 pounds on the system. I stopped using the food in June of this year and slowly started gaining the weight back. And once again I have decided once again enough is enough. I am going to once again try. I started this whole experience at 365 pounds and did get down to 280. I ...

I joined Nutrisystem last year February of last year and did well. I lost about 70 pounds on the system. I stopped using the food in June of this year and slowly started gaining the weight back. And once again I have decided once again enough is enough. I am going to once again try. I started this whole experience at 365 pounds and did get down to 280. I am now again back up to 300 pounds. I have joined a gym and try to get there as much as possible. My wife got me into this site and I hope I can accomplish what I set out to do.

We had a lovely meet 'n greet at at Dorchester Park this past summer...kayaking, walking, passing a dish and great conversation as we got to know each other and put "faces" to our names! In Feb. we enjoyed a meet 'n greet at the Whole In The Wall and shared some conversation yet again!

    We're always looking for ideas and inspirations for such get-togethers.
