Should be 2014, as I didn't kick it in gear last year as I'd hoped. However, I'm finally on a roll and determined to keep on tumbling down towards a healthier me.

I'm a single mom of two children and currently in school full-time. I'm fortunate enough to be able to balance life without working at the moment (thanks to my anal-retentive nature and excel spreadsheets), and have found now that I have a good routine down, I'm able to fit in the gym a few days a week.

Getting my eating under control is always my greatest struggle. I love the phone app, and as long as I continue to utilize the great tools SP offers, I know I can do this!
