My Goals:
Get to a "normal" BMI. For my height this would be a maximum of 145, so I would need to lose 40 pounds. Historically my body likes to stick at around 155. I used to think that was a terrible number, but I'd be happy to see that again.

M: ice skating
Tu: pilates
W: walking
Th: ice skating
F: walking
