Thanks for your comment on my "Physical Therapy and Mean Little Stumpy" blog. Sometimes I think I am too old for the rigors of mountain biking. Road biking is a zillion times easier, with the exception of trying to keep from getting killed by negligent of drivers.
I have been riding mountain bikes since the darn of time, which is the mid-1980s. I continually work on my skills, and for an old guy, I ride pretty aggressive terrain.
I don't think you will fall over on a good mountain bike. Given your adventuresome spirit, I think you would like the thrill of flying along trails where angels fear to tread!

Thanks for the comment on my blog. Couldn't agree with you more, what on earth are "standard" sizing charts?! Only thing standard about how things fit me is that usually coat sleeves aren't long enough. 2583 days ago

Thanks for the advice about the pistol squats. I did feel a bit in my knees, but nothing to bad. I do have bad knees, but it's more because I have bad feet. I over pronate so badly that it effects my knees.
I'm very careful when it comes to my knees. And in all reality, I don't ever see myself doing a full pistol squat. I'm fine with using the ball and wall technique, and as far as the whole ATF thing, I mostly just doing that, not really as a squat per se but more for flexibility purposes.
I'll always careful, but I'll be extra careful when doing these. Trust me, I make sure that my abs are in, my back is straight and my knees don't go over my toes.
Thanks again for comment on the blog. I got up much to late to go today, but I might try tomorrow. I just hate going before working out, but I don't want to go after either. I am such a wuss.
Thanks again! Hope you have a good rest of the week! 2605 days ago
