Thank you.!I hope to keep it up,but the body does not always cooperate.
The reason I was so revved up is I have been fighting with 5lbs or so for the longest time, so it was very gratifying to see that much disappear, hopefully by next weigh ..in I will have gone over the plateau

    Have a Happy Day.

Thanks for the comment on my blog! You know, I have been thinking about getting one of those cute little running skirts! Maybe I'll get one for the half (I'm doing the Savannah RnR half on Nov 5). Hope all is going well with you :)

No run yesterday - I did outdoor yoga. My knee is feeling better, so I was supposed to go this morning, but I did not because I was up WAY TOO LATE last night finishing up some work. I am thinking about going out right now, though, during lunch! I don't want to fall behind in my training!!! I have 9.5 planned for Saturday - DREADING IT.

Thanks for thinking about me!! emoticon

Oh, and how are your calves feeling? Good as new?

I'm not sure if the pool float will work or not, but it's wort a shot, lol! I know the foam rollers need to be a certain density to apply appropriate pressure. Ours is about 4" in diameter, and I can sit on it at 143 pounds and it doesn't give but just a teeny bit.

The 8 miler was so tough. I didn't think I'd make it through it. But then again, I felt that way for the 6.5 mile run, so perhaps it'll be like that for every run I do! emoticon
