Thanks for visiting my sparks page. GOAL 45 pounds I know I can do this, I have done it before! Stop with the facebook comments and spend more time on this site. Just studied the four agreements in church 1-Be impeccable with your word 2-never take things personally 3-Always do your best 4-nev er make assumptions

My Goals:
Lose 32 pounds by the end of the year!
get bp down to 110/75 and get off all BP medicine
sleep 8 hours a night.
My Program:
Trying to cut out sugar and bread the best way I know how. Trying to eat healthy foods. Only problem is, I am always hungry. Trying to keep busy to not think of food all the time.

Grew up in WNY
Other Information:
Sincerely doing the best I can with what I have to work with. Have a lot of equipment to start my own gym; however, my motivation these days is not as high as I would like it to be.
