I hope you had/are having a wonderful weekend! I saw your comment about pilates. I am right there with you! I bought an exercise video that included a pilates routine and I LOVE it. Also, one of my SparkTeams, Sweatsuit to Swimsuit Challenge, has a Monday-Sunday program with a different Coach Nicole video for each day. They are all pilates inspired and quick and easy. All you need is a resistance band! Thought I'd share! TTYL :)

Regarding exercise everyday, thats why i decided to stick to 30 mins a day. that way it doesnt seem like sooo much. I live in a city so just getting off the train a few stops before mine helps me walk 30 mins and get it done and on days i feel like doing more....well...even better! 3941 days ago

Hi Sonia! Hang in there WE can do this! Realize this is the one thing that is keeping you from many forms of happiness! Your life sounds wonderful, I too, have a much to be grateful for, and I plan to keep my head on straight! Let's "JUST" get this weight loss thing checked off the list and fight to keep it off and stay fit and strong!
