I was very thin my whole life, until I carried twins full-term and gave birth to 15 lbs. of baby! Now, it's 9 years later, and although I've had some success, I seem to keep losing and gaining the same weight over and over.

I lost 34 lbs. in the 1st part of 2007, but gained it all back by 2008. I lost another 20 lbs. in 2008, but gained it all back. In 2011, I did Weight Watchers and the HCG Diet. and I lost 25 lbs - but I gained back that and more.

No easy road for me - I've tried. The only thing that truly works for me is a strict diet and regimented exercise program. I have had several physical setbacks - a broken ankle on one leg, broken toes on the other - which has really made physical exercise a challenge. I'm constantly on the search for an exercise program which I can do without pain in my ankle due to the restricted movement from a permanent metal implant.

I am a stress/boredom/ eater and I never feel full, no matter what I eat or drink- but I have found that exercise helps distract me. Also, I'm reading labels and staying away from processed foods.

I am refocusing my efforts. I really want this to be "it."
