I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's (Thyroid) Disease back in March 2014. In trying Synthroid for a couple months my health symptoms grew tremendously. I began to have major chest pain, breathing problems and increased palpitations (hyper symptoms). I went to a specialist, he took me off Synthroid for 3 months to see if these "new" symptoms would go away. I have been of Synthroid and these particular symptoms seemed to go away.

However, I'm now struggling with my original circumstances: chronic yeast infections, heat sensitivity, cold intolerance, calf and achilles aches and pains (tendonitis). Quite honestly, I feel overweight and uncomfortable with my health.

A couple years ago was most likely the worst onset of all this. I was the same weight I am now, and just felt horrible. I lost 30 pounds in 4 months eating a low fat, low carb diet and exercising 5-6 times a week. I was hardcore and felt the best I had felt in my entire life, even better than when I was 18! I was strong and lean, full of energy and felt great.

MY CURRENT GOALS are to get back to feeling like I did on my 30th b-day. I want to loose weight, eat great and work out. These three things helped me feel like a bombshell! Obviously, I need to work into all this, so here we go.... get my butt in shape by X-mas!

1200-1250 Calories Daily
Balanced Intake Daily
Low Sodium
Low Cholesterol
NO Soda/Refined Sugar
NO Fried/Fast Food
NO Sauces
Basically all fresh, non processed foods only.

Workout Plan:
4-5 Days/Week Includes:
-3 Days/Week Cardio
-3 Days/Week Strength
-3 Days/Week Activities
-1 Day/Week Rest Always
Stretching Daily and After all Workouts and soreness

6-8 Hours Sleep/Night
Live Happy!

I'm 32 years old, ready to overcome thyroid symptoms with some good health habits.
