Hello! from Rochester, NY.
Knowing we are all here for weight, I'm sure the question begs as to how I came to be here? Recent years, I've really put on weight as I'm not as active as I used to be. Hello! from Rochester, NY.
Knowing we are all here for weight, I'm sure the question begs as to how I came to be here? Recent years, I've really put on weight as I'm not as active as I used to be. I volunteer for Boy Scouts of America (BSA) so much of my volunteering is behind the scenes planning and organizing scout events and activities with the help of my trustworthy computer. Sciatica nerve issues hampers my mobility and impacts my leg movements while causing pain. I am hoping getting healthier while losing weight helps reduce my leg pain and issues. My weight loss deadline is the Boy Scouts World Jamboree in July 2019 with a jump start through the Medifast weight loss food program.
Remember Dream BIG! In the word impossible is POSSIBLE! Know that ANYTHING is POSSIBLE, regardless of how old one is. God has a way of opening doors when you trust Him with your heart's desires! I trusted Him with my heart's desires and went back to college in my 40's. If I can do it and others can, so can you! Remember in the word can't is the word CAN!
Let me say... when you succeed in accomplishing your dream or goal, whether they are big or small. Be it going back to college, dieting, running a marathon or blazing new trails; no matter how difficult or how hard you worked, its a G R E A T feeling! We CAN do it!!

My Goals:
Back again for another round, beginning March 6, 2018:
~ Getting back in the great outdoors. (Got the camping in but want to dust off the backpack and go hiking again!)
~ Sticking to an exercise program year round.
~ Reorganizing my home. (Ask any serious Scouter if their gear naturally keeps growing!)
My Program:
~ Recording my eats daily.
~ Moving 30 minutes daily.
~ Decluttering & reorganizing 15 minutes a day.
~ Pursuing my personal goals and dreams by crossing them off my to-do list as done!
Personal Information:
I love ScOUTING with a passion! Boy Scouts has a great team of volunteers (and professionals) working together to provide programs for our youth. It is amazing to see how much our youth are capable of once given the reins of leadership and more! Boy Scout's OUTING in ScOUTING inspires a love for the outdoors in me. Did you know Rochester and the Finger Lakes has so many hidden treasures to explore through its parks, trails, rails and more... *winka
