At Goal by 60


I'm approaching 60, and I'm determined to reach my goal weight by my birthday in August. My daughter is my inspiration--some of you may know her as SLIMKATIE on SparkPeople.

My Goals:
Reach 140 pounds by my 60th birthday in August 2012.

Increase activity.

Eat healthier.

My Program:
 Log my food on the nutrition tracker.

Log my fitness minutes.


Personal Information:
My name is Sue (but my grandkids call me Bean). I live with my husband in Michigan. We have four adult children and two grandchildren. My daughter lost 120 pounds using SparkPeople--her Spark name is SLIMKATIE.

Other Information:
 I am recently retired, which was a big change in my daily life, so I want to make some changes to stay healthy and active.
