    You look great! The 17th was my strength day 41/2hrs. I have been shoveling snow since the 17th. Great workout. I'm still shoveing. You are an inspiration. I run on the tread which i hate but do not have another place to workout. I workout at home any tips. I was told to do my cardio on sperate days because 5hrs is to much then to do strength. I was wondering when do you run. What type of stregth do you do. emoticon

    Wow! You truly are an inspiration! You are a mother & manage to get up at 4:30a.m. every day! I have no excuse.. Today was day # 1 of getting up at 5a.m. ! Turns out I only had time to workout for 45 min.. Tomorrow I'lll be up at 4:30a.m.! Have a great day.. Your progress is amazing!

    I've laid out my workout schedule for this coming week. Going to get up early in the morning to get my workout completed, that time of the day always works best for me.
