Introduction Text I am in my early 30's, married, with 1 child. I enjoy several past times, old cars, coin collecting, reading and practicing Tae Kwon Do with my daughter and wife.

I would like to get back to my High School weight of 180.

I have been watching the things I am eating and trying to create a more balanced diet from the areas I see that are lacking. I am in TaeKwonDo 4 nights a week, 2 of those nights I teach classes.

I am from a small town in Nebraska. Lived in the midwest all of my life. Married with one child. Finally decided I needed to do something about my health when I could no longer breathe while tying my shoes! I had reached a record weight of 290 (that I know of). I went on a no pop diet and within four months I had lost 45 pounds. A good start but then everything leveled off and I needed something else to get me going again. Now I only have 50 more to go to reach my ultimate goal.

I am currently a 2nd Degree Black Belt in TaeKwonDo. My daughter has received her 1st degree Black Belt, and my wife has earned her Recommended Black Belt.
