Sisy, Thank you for the Relaxation Music. How are you doing? I see you are down 2.2 lbs since we started. I am proud of you for sticking with IF. I gained 2 lbs last week but my body has a very slow metabolism anyway due to chemo years ago.

I love reading you post on the team. Your comment "I love this idea! Now I just have to remember to come back every week and update it!" made me realize that may be why a lot of folks may not remember too.

Have a great week and keep up the good work.

Thank you SISYPHUS_CLIMBS for joining us on "Intermittent Fasting" team. I hope you are learning a lot form others here on the threads.

I want to tell you a little bit about my recent history.
I am a diabetic and I have been for many years. About 6 months ago I made up my mind to stop eating anything with sugar in it or that turned to sugar in my body. My goal was to keep my carbs under 30 to 20 grams a day and to get my A1C down from 8.5 to normal.

On May 27th I saw my doctor and I got a message from him on May 29th telling me that he wanted to congratulate me on the enormous success demonstrated by my labs. You are no longer showing any evidence of diabetes, elevated liver enzymes, or elevated triglycerides. Your A1C is 5.0.

I told you this to encourage you (not to brag) in hopes that it will help you, with whatever your health situation is.
